Clinical Supervision

As an LISW-S, I offer clinical supervision for provisionally licensed social workers seeking independent licensure in a space that is laid-back, supportive, and grounded in open-minded exploration. My approach is collaborative and relational, designed to help you grow in confidence, develop your clinical identity, and feel truly supported as you navigate the real-life challenges of this work.

My professional background includes working with youth and adults involved in the criminal legal system, as well as in residential treatment settings, emergency shelters, and schools. I bring deep experience in trauma-informed care, with a particular focus on anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, peer relationships, anger, and trauma recovery.

In our supervision work, we’ll integrate evidence-based modalities like EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also making space for reflection, curiosity, and your unique perspective. Whether you're looking for support with clinical decision-making, navigating systems, or managing the emotional demands of this field, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, challenged, and encouraged.

If you're seeking supervision that’s both structured and human, let’s connect. I’d love to hear about your goals and see if we’d be a good fit!

“I’m here to help you find your clinical voice, not tell you how to sound like mine.”

“Where judgment takes a back seat, curiosity drives, and snacks are always welcome!”
